The liver does over 500 different functions in the body including converting thyroid hormones so that the thyroid works better. By doing a cleanse you give the liver a chance to heal. We have several options for cleansing. There are a variety of ways to achieve this.
Some things to remember when trying to cleanse and lose weight: water is key to help with weight loss, making sure that you aren’t constipated is another area that needs to be addressed. One of the main issues with constipation is a lack of magnesium in our diet and foods. There are several types of magnesium so it is important to take the right one.
